5So, I’m quite mad. Why does being a woman have to be SO HARD?! I’ve lost 80 pounds and now I’m just trying to tone and eat healthy instead of hcg, and I’m on my freaking period. It makes trying to lose sooooo hard. I’ve been running and lifting light weights for about a week and it was going great until I got this freaking thing. Dang it. I’m just not ok with gaining because I’m bloated and disgusting. End rant.
